What is the best place to sit or stand at The Van Buren?
The Van Buren is an 1,800-capacity indoor venue converted from a historic auto dealership. Many concerts use a general admission standing floor, which is best for fans seeking a close, energetic experience; arriving early can help you find a better position. Mezzanine or balcony seating, when offered for this event, provides an elevated view and a more comfortable option. Check the listing carefully, as balcony access is not included with every ticket.
Are there any areas to avoid for the best view?
On a general admission floor, arriving late can mean standing farther back, where shorter guests may have a more limited sightline. Avoid assuming a ticket includes mezzanine or balcony access unless that feature is clearly stated. The balcony is accessible by stairs only, so guests who need accessible seating should confirm arrangements before purchasing.
Where can I park for The Van Buren?
The Van Buren has no on-site parking. Nearby options include paid downtown lots and garages, such as X Phoenix Garage at 200 W. Monroe Street, about 0.2 miles away. Parking prices and availability vary, and lots can fill quickly, so booking ahead or arriving early is recommended. Limited metered street parking may be available. Do not park in the Ziggy Magic Pizza Shop / Stardust Pinbar lot; venue guests are not permitted to use it. View nearby parking options on ParkWhiz.
Can I take public transportation or a rideshare to the venue?
Valley Metro Light Rail is a convenient alternative to driving in downtown Phoenix; check current routes and service times before you travel. Rideshare is also practical, with drop-off and pick-up near the entrance at 401 W. Van Buren Street, where traffic allows. Use the curb only for active loading and unloading.
What should I know about bags and entry?
The venue conducts bag searches, and entry uses mobile tickets. Bag requirements can change, so review The Van Buren's current venue policies before leaving home. Keep your ticket accessible on your phone and allow time for security screening.
How do mobile tickets work, and how can I prepare?
The Van Buren uses mobile entry for events; standard tickets are not emailed as printable PDFs or provided for print-at-home entry. After purchasing through ticketstempe.net, follow the delivery instructions for your order and make sure you can access your ticket on your mobile device before arriving. Charge your phone and bring photo identification if needed for your order.
Are tickets purchased through ticketstempe.net legitimate?
ticketstempe.net provides ticket listings for buyers, but The Van Buren recommends purchasing through its box office, Ticketmaster, or Live Nation and warns that tickets from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, refunded, or counterfeit. Review the seller, listing details, and applicable terms before completing an order, and confirm that your ticket is accessible and valid for entry.
How long will the performance last, and will there be an opening act?
The exact running time and any opening act have not been confirmed in the information provided. Check the event listing closer to November 30 for schedule updates, and allow extra time for entry and security screening.
Is The Music of Hey Arnold Live! suitable for all ages?
